Last evening, we had the honor of attending the soft opening of the newest member of the Luigi’s family: Luigi’s Ristorante & Catering of Washington, PA ❤️🍝

What started as a family dream 42 years ago continues to grow, and we couldn’t be more happy for Megan & her team as she opens the doors to her very own Luigi’s. We know Barb & Skip are watching over, proud as ever!

While the heart of Luigi’s remains the same; great food, warm hospitality & family traditions…Megan has created a menu that reflects her own creativity & passion. Guests will find familiar favorites alongside new unique dishes & fresh takes on classic recipes, making the Washington location a dining experience all its own.

We enjoyed an incredible evening sampling the menu & celebrating with family & friends. The attention to detail, welcoming atmosphere AND delicious food are a true reflection of the hard work & dedication that brought this restaurant to fruition.

Congratulations to Megan and the entire team! We are so so excited for this next chapter and can’t wait for everyone to experience what you’ve created. 📣 OFFICIAL OPENING DATE SET TENTATIVELY FOR OCTOBER 13th.

👩🏻‍🍳 Favorite Pastime: Cooking huge dinners for my family members on Sundays while spending time together

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒🐶🐱 Family/Pets: Happily married with 1 daughter, 2 step daughters and 1 stepson and also a step grand daughter. We have 2 dogs named Shadow and Sparky and 2 cats named Kit and Harley

💡Something You May Not Know: My absolute dream job would be to have my own k9 dog and be a k9 police handler

🍟 Favorite Luigi’s Dish: Chicken Tenders w fresh cut fries. (The fries are on the secret menu 😉)

🏖️ Favorite Pastime: Taking my dogs for walks and traveling.

🐶🐾 Family/Pets: I have three dogs: Gracie, Ruby, and Luca. They keep me happy.

💡Something You May Not Know: Luigi’s has been the only job I’ve ever had. I also bake all of the seasonal cheesecakes you see on our dessert menu!

BIG NEWS! 🎉 We are beyond thrilled and bursting with pride to announce that Luigi’s Ristorante & Catering is officially expanding to our third location; bringing our family’s favorite Italian dishes to Washington, Pennsylvania! 💚🤍❤️

This milestone is extra special because this new location is being opened by our wonderful family member, Megan!

Watching our family tradition grow and having Megan lead the charge into Washington means the absolute world to all of us. She and her team are busy getting everything ready behind the scenes, and will be opening their doors soon! Whether you’ve been dining with us for years at our other locations or you’re tasting Luigi’s for the very first time, we can’t wait to share a great meal with you all! 🍷🍞🍝

After a remarkable decade of dedication, we are wishing the absolute best to our wonderful manager Meladie, as she departs Luigi’s and embarks on an exciting new opportunity.
Luigi’s simply won’t be the same without her here. We are going to miss her as we know so many of you will miss seeing her welcoming smile around the dining room just as much. CHEERS to you, Mel! 🥂 ❤️✨🇮🇹

Happy 250th Birthday America! 🇺🇸 There is no better way to celebrate our nation’s independence than by honoring the heroes who have served to protect it. Today, we hold our veterans close in our hearts & celebrate the freedoms we enjoy. Wishing you and yours a joyful, safe holiday filled with good food and great company…Happy Fourth of July from all of us at Luigi’s! ❤️🤍💙

Yesterday we were honored to help local Eagle Scout Antonio Piccirillo raise money for his Summer 2026 Eagle Scout project with a “Luigi’s Dine Out Day” A percentage of our sales went directly to Antonio to help him achieve his goal of creating and installing a welcome sign for his local town. Thank you to all who came out to support a great cause. This is our 5th dine out day this year and we look forward to hosting even more great charitable opportunities!
