Opening a pizzeria is tough, but if you keep pushing, youā€™ll get there. Well we kind of feel like weā€™re getting there. Got asked to Reach HigherTM and deliver to the Delta Airlines ground crew at Austin Bergstrom international airportā€¦let me tell you as an aviation geek this was awesome, getting to go behind the counter and meet the ops crew and hang out with their awesome local teamā€¦it was surreal. Thanks to Javaria who randomly commented on a post and this all came to beā€¦simply honored.

why do we say gluten friendly and not gluten free? well weā€™re not a certified gluten free kitchen. though every precaution is taken to avoid cross contamination, simply by virtue of the flour atomized in the store, the fact that these pizzas are cooked along side glutinous pizzas, we cannot guarantee that itā€™s gluten free. however our ingredients are gluten free and we use specific gluten free only spatulas and knives. as always if youre super allergic to gluten, celiac or are serving someone who is highly sensitive, out of the abundance of caution, we ask that you not even step foot in the pizzeria. The rest of you will find this to be absolutely the best gluten friendly pizza ever!
