Dripping Springs… y’all really love egg salad. 💚

We thought it would be a fun little special.

You thought it deserved a permanent spot.

House-made dill egg salad piled high on toasted sourdough with locally smoked bacon, peak summer tomato, and pickles. Tangy, creamy, nostalgic, and just the right amount of messy.

We planned The Egg Salad Sandwich as a fun little weekend special. You all had other ideas.

So it’s officially earned a spot on the menu… for now. 😉 We’ll keep making it as long as you keep ordering it.

House-made dill egg salad piled high on toasted sourdough with Hudson’s Meat Market bacon, sliced tomato, fresh dill, and pickles. Served with kettle chips and, of course, a pickle.

We think it’s the best egg salad sandwich you’ll find anywhere.

This weekend we’re serving Bacon Wrapped Wagyu Street Dogs—crispy bacon wrapped around a 100% Wagyu long dog from our beloved Hudson’s Meat Market, topped with grilled peppers & onions and a trio of classic toppings, all on a soft potato roll. Served with chips and a pickle.

It’s a little nostalgic, a little over-the-top, and exactly the kind of lunch we wanted to make for a long holiday weekend.
