A four-day weekend for the kids. Beautiful weather for everyone. Dirty dishes for absolutely none of you. 👻

This month’s spooky grilled cheese deserves a little trip out for lunch. We’re starting with artisanal sourdough amber rye from beloved Austin bakery Texas French Bread, layering in smoky cheddar, herby kale pesto, and butternut squash roasted with brown butter and sage. Finished with Parmesan “cobwebs”—because we couldn’t let the kids have all the Halloween fun.

A little nutty, a little sweet, plenty of melty yummy cheese. Bring the kids, grab a friend, and come spend part of your long weekend with us. 🧡

Starting the September Special a smidge early!! Appropriately titled The Not-So Classic Ham & Chz Sandwich” with shaved ham, spiced apple mostarda, melty swiss and cheddar cheese, and a vinegar slaw on griddles sourdough. Good god, my mouth is watering just telling you about it - get over here!

Dripping Springs… y’all really love egg salad. 💚

We thought it would be a fun little special.

You thought it deserved a permanent spot.

House-made dill egg salad piled high on toasted sourdough with locally smoked bacon, peak summer tomato, and pickles. Tangy, creamy, nostalgic, and just the right amount of messy.

So we’re keeping it around for the rest of summer break.

We planned The Egg Salad Sandwich as a fun little weekend special. You all had other ideas.

So it’s officially earned a spot on the menu… for now. 😉 We’ll keep making it as long as you keep ordering it.

House-made dill egg salad piled high on toasted sourdough with Hudson’s Meat Market bacon, sliced tomato, fresh dill, and pickles. Served with kettle chips and, of course, a pickle.

We think it’s the best egg salad sandwich you’ll find anywhere.

This weekend we’re serving Bacon Wrapped Wagyu Street Dogs—crispy bacon wrapped around a 100% Wagyu long dog from our beloved Hudson’s Meat Market, topped with grilled peppers & onions and a trio of classic toppings, all on a soft potato roll. Served with chips and a pickle.

It’s a little nostalgic, a little over-the-top, and exactly the kind of lunch we wanted to make for a long holiday weekend.

⚡️Last weekend for May’s Special: Your New Favorite Sandwich — insanely tender slow-braised pork shoulder topped with Jonathan’s black garlic apple butter. It’s here for a good time, not a long time.

☀️The Caesar Salad. Crunchy, bright, a little unexpected, and somehow both light and incredibly satisfying.

☀️Our rotating Rice Krispie Treat: Strawberry Milk. Just enough sweetness to feel nostalgic without overdoing it.
