So proud of these two amazing Employees of Dripping springs Elementary who spend 90% of their day giving and helping other people. Both Nancy and Valania have done an amazing job this summer taking their health serious and the results speak for themselves! Congratulations Nancy Rodriguez and Valania Alvarado!

Some may wonder why we are always promoting and posting our workouts..?!

It’s because here at the Drip we know first hand when you mix Proper Good Nutrition + Fitness it = Amazing Results! Not just on the outside but the inside Transformation is always incredible!

Todays Freedom 250 workout was not just another workout it was a test of Will power; determination; strength; endurance; getting rid of self doubt and pushing thru anyways!!

The way I Coach is I’ll never ask my clients to do something I’m not willing to do.. we finished together today and it was worth all the sweat and pain!

Each of need all us.. we are Stronger Together!
