On October 6th in the early hours, Joshua King was taken from us too soon. It has taken me quite some time to accept this and internalize it. Josh was a very important part of our DRAY: Bar + Grill family, and that is what we are. Losing a family member so suddenly and violently is heart wrenching to say the least. I am personally still not accepting it.

We at DRAY: Bar + Grill will be closing after Brunch on Sunday November 3rd to host a memorial remembrance for Josh, we invite all who loved him to join us as we share stories and memories of our short time with him. We invite you to drop in at Dray anytime from 6-9PM on November 3rd. Please let us know if you plan to attend.

Steven Joshua King was a key ingredient in the Spartanburg Hospitality Community. OK... So it's a week out, and I was really looking forward to showing the movie HOLES, but I haven't sold one ticket? I'd hat to cancel it, is it the menu? the price (I reduced it by $10.) only $50? the date? tell me what's wrong so I can fix it! Should I stop doing the dinner and a movie series? or is everyone waiting for the last minute?🤞... I'm fine with canceling, but was looking forward to the movie and the menu!
