Originally located in the Lincoln Plaza, on the corner of California and State Street in Salt Lake City, it moved to the neighborhood of Glendale, back in 2001, to the old China Doll Restaurant building near California and Redwood Road. Three years later, upon completion of the Ca

lifornia Crossing Plaza, it moved again, to its current location across the street. Esther was able to open a second location in Draper, a little over 5 years ago.
