Almost two years of planning, paperwork, permits, federal, state, and local government regulations. Delays in construction because of historic preservation rules. Dealing with the bank, purveyors, and all the other “yadda yadda yadda” that comes with trying to build something you believe in. There were plenty of moments when it felt like this day would never come. But now… here we are. We are finally on the cusp of a brand-new chapter, and I honestly can’t put it into words what that means to me. Through all of it, one thing never changed...YOU! Our loyal customers, friends, supporters, family and everyone who believed in us and kept showing up. The Still is coming and we hope to see each and every one of you there. Come visit us, raise a glass, share a meal, and help us celebrate everything we’ve been through to get here. After almost two years of waiting, planning, fighting, and building…
I’m just stopping for a moment, looking around, and thinking, Damn… how did we get this lucky? Grand opening is around the corner!
