As we approach our 4th anniversary, I (Linda) have been thinking a lot about 's evolution. What started out as a pop up to keep the team working while we sorted out all the mess from the fire has become a beloved restaurant in Tulsa. I am grateful to for taking all that taught him about regional Italian cuisine and applying it to Tulsa, maximizing use of local ingredients, beyond anything we expected when we opened.

This pictured dish is a prime example of his creativity and investment in sourcing locally. I saw it on the menu last week and decided to go in for dinner the next day so I could try it. It's heavenly! Come in and see for yourself. We'd love to see you.
