We're doing a smoked turkey thanksgiving dinner that will feed 6-8 people this year.

$150 gets your people fed with a turkey, green bean casserole, mashed potatoes and gravy, and a house made cranberry jam.

Are you an experienced line cook or Fast-food operator looking to make the jump to management? Our Business is growing, and we need a motivated driven person who is ready to take charge of their own team and manage the Food-Truck on its daily operations. Cooking experience is required, if you also have mechanic experience that is preferred.
Duties include:
• Driving Truck to and from events and services around the Bay area.
• Managing inventory for daily operations and events
• Oversight of sanitation procedures.
• Ensure quality control of the menu.
• Nightly cleanup, drain and fill.
• Assist with mechanical maintenance

Must have SERVSAFE Food Protection Manager Certification.

Pay starts at 15 per hour plus tips.
