Stew your Beef short ribs with the potatoes and onions smother it with a rich gravy! Once you add your rue it thickens!! And you will have the best fall off the bone beef short ribs ever!!! And tasty but don't over season them!! (Trust me on this)... decided to Stew my potatoes instead of homemade mash potatoes and put the potatoes in last once your meat almost done!!! It consist of lump crabmeat,shrimp,fresh spinach,scallops and old bay and pepper! You can use a homemade Alfredo from any Supermarket or you can make your Alfredo from scratch! Thank me later!🤞😉😋
