A Few Days Ago, I (Chef Ray) Went Down To My Local Store And Bought The Ingredients To Make This Weeks, “Soup Of The Day”. Beef Ghoulash: A Take On A Beef Neckbone Stew My Grandma Use To Make! What’s In It? Beef, Pork, Mixed Vegatables, Garlic & Onion, Stewed Tomatoes & LOVE. Served With My Famous Grilled Cheesus. I Was Now Ready To Serve My Local Homeless Community, Which Not Too Long Ago I Was Apart Of. Within 5 minutes The 10 Orders I Left HOME (praise break) With Were Now In The Belly’s Of Those That Needed It! GOD I THANK YOU!!! For Consistently Bringing Me Further Away From The Place I Use To Be. Life Can Be Extremely Cold, Scary & Lonely! But It Also Can Be Warm,Welcoming & Full Of Community! I Truly Enjoyed Feeding The Homeless & I Look Forward To Doing It More!
