Fried calamari that disappears first at every table. Golden, crisp, lemon wedges, arrabiata standing by. Now imagine the same starter, gluten-free.

Because yes — that’s a thing here. The calamari on our menu comes both ways: the original, or a gluten-free version with cherry peppers, lemon, and arrabiata.

Same price on both.

And the gluten-free one isn’t hiding in fine print — a guest put it on their recommended-dishes list by name, as a favorite.

So, starting Monday, it won’t be. Pull right up, hand over the keys, and let the evening begin where it should: at the table, with the wood-fire already going and something worth lingering over on the way.

Golden calamari meets a fiery Arrabbiata, cherry peppers, and fresh lemon for the kind of appetizer that steals the spotlight before your entrée even hits the table.

The bone is the first thing you see — browned to perfection, standing up off the plate like it has an announcement to make. It does.

Under it: a bone-in cutlet that covers the platter edge to edge, fontina and pecorino melted right into the crust, cherry peppers scattered red and gold through the white wine, garlic, and butter pooled beneath. Crispy potatoes on the side, there for the sauce as much as anything.

One guest finished his and told Google: “don’t walk, don’t run — SPRINT.” Now you know what he saw coming toward the table. The Pork Chop Martini. Worth the sprint.

It’s a sneak peek into Restaurant Week — and Greenville, we got lucky. 🍷

For five nights only, the place you can’t believe we have is putting three courses on the table for $50.

Most side dishes don't get much attention.

These Crispy Potatoes didn't get the memo.

Golden and crispy, tossed with rosemary oil and finished with Pecorino Romano, they've been stealing bites (and the spotlight) ever since they hit the table.
