Start — the Wagyu Meatball: beef, pork, guanciale, stracciatella. Raised down the road at Durham Creek Ranch. Old recipe, hometown beef. 

Main — Spicy Vodka Rigatoni: the red-sauce plate you don’t stop thinking about.

Fried calamari that disappears first at every table. Golden, crisp, lemon wedges, arrabiata standing by. Now imagine the same starter, gluten-free.

Because yes — that’s a thing here. The calamari on our menu comes both ways: the original, or a gluten-free version with cherry peppers, lemon, and arrabiata.

Same price on both.

And the gluten-free one isn’t hiding in fine print — a guest put it on their recommended-dishes list by name, as a favorite.
