I promised an update and I finally have a moment to do so.

On Monday, Erick sustained serious injuries. While these injuries are not life-threatening, they are serious and will require ongoing medical attention. Due to this fact, you might see some changes in the hours of operation and/or closures due to medical appointments. We will do our utmost to mitigate as much disruption as possible as to not inconvenience you.

We appreciate your grace and understanding during this difficult time. We are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Thank you to everyone who reached out recently asking if everything is ok because how quiet things have been here. I appreciate you more than you know.

I will give you an update as to why things have been so quiet. I had a health issue that landed me in the hospital. Over the past few weeks I have had a couple procedures and surgery. When I wasn't at the hospital I was at home managing the pain and resting so that I could recover as quickly as possible. What I thought was something little and would be ni big deal turned serious really quick.

I have returned to working at the restaurant for a couple of hours a day and hope to be back at it in full swing over the next week or so. In the meantime, I am responding to all the emails and messages in the order they came in.
