Broccoli Cheddar Tater 1 size $11
Baked Potato filled with my delicious Broccoli Cheddar Soup topped off with Shredded Cheese, Bacon Crumbles and Green Onions. My Soup consist of a chicken broth base, blended cheddar cheeses, shredded carrots and steamed broccoli.

Put it in a baked mini bread bowl with a mini grilled cheese for $10

This tater has my homemade chili, shredded cheese, sour cream, green onion and Jalapeños on top

Thank you all for a great day. I sold out of taters at 5:30. Thank you Brian for coming last minute to help me due to staffing issues today. Thank you to Brandi who just came to get lunch and ended up in the trailer helping me and Brian. Mr Spud will be in the trailer with me all day tomorrow yay me I get bad dad jokes for 12 hours😂🤣😅 The weather is looking much cooler so my Chili tater is coming back, and Broccoli And Cheddar along with some grilled cheese. Hey Spudsters I'm here at Trackside making my french onion soup and waiting for Mr Spud to finish prepping pork butts so I thought lets try something new. Tomorrow not only will I have the French Onion Tater I will also offer it in a mini baked bread bowl with a mini grilled cheese on Italian bread. Its soooooo yummy you must try it. The Rolling Spud is looking for a company to clean our double gas ovens, burners and hood. The hood looks new as we dont use the griddle but once every couple months or have a deep fryer. We just got our first quote $900😲😲😲😲😲😲😲

Hey Hey Hey Spudsters! We're headed to Truist. There are still 2 Great food choices at Trackside pop into Strong Kitchen and Catering for their delicious meat and 3 options or yummy salad bar. They are serving until 2:30 El Paraiso Catracho is serving until 7pm they have delicious Authentic Honduran Food. One of my favorites is their Pastelitos. When your done check out Rory & Ro - Children’s Boutique for some adorable finds for mom and baby. Have a great day.
