Bloomington / Normal Friends: it’s official, I’m moving back to Pennsylvania. While it’ll be nice to be back home, I will miss the the people of Bloomington / Normal, and especially all of you that I’ve had the pleasure of making some pizzas for. My hope for all of you is that one day the BloNo area will have an independent locally owned business(s) that serve(s) exceptional NY style pizza, Philly cheesesteaks (not just with ‘Philly’ in the name), and hoagies that will blow your minds. Thank you all, and please remember to support small, locally owned businesses when possible.
