This weekend was a bakers dream!

I baked..
🍞 70 loaves of bread
🍪 35 cookie boxes
🥯 20 bagels
Along with sandwich loaves, English muffins, brownies, sticky apple pecan buns and more.. we completely sold out!!

The highly anticipated craft show of the year is finally here!! This is one of our most busiest markets we attend and we absolutely love it. Tomorrow you will find us in the same spot we were located in last year (I will post our booth # tomorrow when we are set up).

What to expect?
🍞 SOOO many bread flavor options (Dairy Free & Vegan options)
🍪 You know we can’t make an appearance without our famous cookies (over 40 boxes, 7 flavors to choose & gluten free options)
🥯 Bagels are coming!
🧁 Apple Muffins & so much more!!

🍂October Events🍂

This month will be the start to my weekly menus and no longer my market menus. You may not see us in Niles or Stevensville as often but I will still be doing plenty of amazing craft shows, offering custom ordering/pickups and I will be creating beautiful holiday menus November-January.

This weekend we have 1 of our LARGEST craft shows of the year on Saturday at Berrien County Fairgrounds for The Chapel Hill Arts & Craft Show. This market we sell out fast so I strongly recommend preordering or getting there early. I will have most of my popular bread flavors and cookies but other offerings will be limited as I need to focus more on what sells for these craft shows.

‼️We also may add in a stop to Bridgman Openair Market Sunday 10/4 for their Halloween event but all depends on how we feel and what we have left‼️

We cannot wait to see you all this month at some of our most memorable farms/events we have grown to love participating in over the years 🧡🤎

✨MARKET MENU✨

This week will be the final market for the season at Niles Homegrown Market! It’s hard to believe summer is over and the season I’ve learned to enjoy is coming to an end. Being at the market, meeting people supporting us small businesses and sharing my passion with a community I’ve grown to love has been worth every sleepless night baking and every defeat from the weather. So come wish us a farewell & snag some of our goodies or stock up (they freeze great)!

Menu Highlights:
🖤🧀 Black-Peppercorn & Parmesan is packed with flavors no one can resist! This bread makes a killer sandwich as it is loaded with freshly ground black-peppercorns and some of the best quality Parmesan cheese. Dip it in a bowl of homemade tomato soup 🥣

🍏🍩🍎 Apple Fritters!! These will come in boxes with 2 large freshly made Apple fritters topped with vanilla icing. These are a family favorite and will vanish fast!

🍌🍞 Banana Bread will be with us! These will be a medium sized loaf freshly baked the morning of the market wrapped up and ready for you!

🍏🥮🍎 Sticky Apple Pecan Buns is a treat you don’t want to miss out on. These are so delicious and every bite leaves you wanting more! These come in a take and bake tray for you to bring home and warm up because who doesn’t love a hot bun! They will come in packs of 4 and single packs.

I have no where to sell all this as it is a weekday and we cannot find any markets or craft shows. This is a total loss for me in so many ways and any help would be so appreciated!

This weather is definitely giving off Autumn vibes 🍂 And I am so here for it!

This week I have all those tastes you’d expect this time of year with caramel, cinnamon, apples & spices followed with savory loaves designed around those cozy meal nights in mind.

Menu Highlights:
•🧅🧀 Caramelized Onions & Gouda is probably the most flavorful combination you’ll ever meet in bread. These 2 pair so well together and can create an amazing grilled cheese to a gourmet sandwich or just enjoy it dipped in soups, stews or sauces.
•🧂🫘 Salted Rye is ideal for those who just love salt and what better way then with a rye bread. This loaf is my personal favorite because I simply just love all kinds of rye breads. It is one to try!
•🍎🫘🍏 Apple Pecan is a sweet bread perfect for those crisp mornings. This bread is great as toast with some butter or apple butter, turned into an amazing French toast or French toast bake and even a base to bread pudding 😋
