We’re wrapping up our anniversary celebration with this dynamic duo — Erica & Beth! ❤️

These ladies have so much fun working together and with the rest of the crew, and that fun carries right over to our customers! They both help make the Caruso’s experience welcoming, pleasant, and full of smiles.

✨ Erica has been with us for a couple of years and has become such a great asset to our team. We’re so lucky to have her!

✨ Beth worked here as a teen a few years ago and recently came back to relive her youth 😂. She takes such great care of our customers, and we couldn’t be happier to have her back!

Caitlin has been part of the Caruso’s family since 2018! ❤️

In 2020, she took on the task of candy making—and she hasn’t stopped since! 🍫🍬 Over the years, she’s become Julie’s right-hand woman… well, technically her left-hand woman since she’s a lefty! 😂

Caitlin helps keep things running smoothly, even when Julie isn’t there. Her dedication, creativity, and passion are such a huge part of Caruso’s success. There’s no task she won’t take on if it means making things better and helping Caruso’s continue to grow.

Deborah joined the Caruso’s crew during the Valentine’s rush a year ago — and talk about jumping right in! ❤️🍫 She quickly became an important part of the team, helping keep Julie and Caitlin organized and keeping things cleaned up in the back while all that delicious Caruso’s candy is being made.

One thing we can always count on with Deborah? She never says no to a task asked of her and is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. We’re so thankful to have her as part of the Caruso’s family! ❤️
