Twenty years ago, our original founders took their dream of owning the homiest historical restaurant in Dowagiac and transformed it into the reality that is Wood Fire Trattoria. Now, owner Martin Schmaltz and staff are on a mission to keep that dream alive! This 150-year-old building is brimming with stories and good company. Every dish is cooked with care and attention to detail with half of our
