Ok FaceBook Friends and Family - we are thinking about for the Fall & Winter months adding Soup to our Chicken Salad Sales - please comment below on what kind you would prefer - Betty Jean use to making Dumplings whenever she made Chicken Salad and boy was it good - so here is what you can pick from - 1. Dumplings 2. Veg Beef 3. Chicken Noodle 4. Cream of Crab 5. Manhattan Clam Chowder or give us your favorite soup - thank you in advance for your support!!!!

You would have been so PROUD of what we are doing with your Famous Chicken Salad - even though I am sure you are saying "It's good Cheryl Ann - but it is not as good as mine" - LOL - you were truly a blessing from GOD to so many - you touched so many lives with your warm and loving heart and for that all of us are a better person because of knowing you and being loved by you - I miss you every single day and some days it is harder than others - when I am trying to figure out how many cans of Green-beans I need to feed 200 people - you could just rattle it right off - when I am going behind my crew telling them how to set the place settings - and place the napkins - I hear your voice telling me the same things and doing this Catering Business is bitter sweet at times - but I know this was one thing you loved. You loved to see the joy you put on people's faces when they tasted your food - and Betty Jean it is a fact this Chicken Salad is really that good - people love it - we are selling it like crazy - if it is the last thing that I do in this life - it will be in Grocery Stores all across this great land - I can promise you that - so as we all Celebrate your Life today - just know that you live on in all of us - so keep watching down on us and keep that little voice in my head telling me all I need to know - much love to you Betty Jean!!
