My name is Katie and along with my other half Ken we own and operate Crazy Heifer Smokehouse / Bake My Day Cafe. We started out small in a farmers market and then in 2019 we bought our food trailer and built it ourselves. Our most popular items are our BBQ and Mac n Cheese but we do everything from Chicken Alfredo to Strombolis. You see we aren't just a food truck, we also cater. When we cater we

I will be closing up shortly since we have seen all of the Staff from the Middle School.

Good Morning.

We will be set up today with the heifer trailer from 11:00 to 2:00 p.m. at the Dover Middle School serving a teachers. However, anybody working in the area looking for lunch is welcome to stop by. The trailer is open to the public at this event.
