My name is Katie and along with my other half Ken we own and operate Crazy Heifer Smokehouse / Bake My Day Cafe. We started out small in a farmers market and then in 2019 we bought our food trailer and built it ourselves. Our most popular items are our BBQ and Mac n Cheese but we do everything from Chicken Alfredo to Strombolis. You see we aren't just a food truck, we also cater. When we cater we

Saw a SpaceX Booster coming back into Port Canaveral 🚀

Katie and I to H20 Glow at Typhoon Lagoon

We had dinner with our friends at Long Doggers. 🫶🏼🤙🏼

Took the E-bikes for a spin

Got to see the Ships coming and going at Port Canaveral

Oh and the obligatory run to Walmart and Target. 😂

And Monday's drive back to reality.... All 960 miles of it.....
