Reflecting on these last two and a half years of the Brunch Club it is truly amazing to think about where we started and where we are now. Over that time customers have become friends and staff has become like a family. I graduated with a masters degree in criminal justice from Boston University back in 2021, but ultimately I felt that the restaurant industry was my passion and that I wanted to pursue opening my own spot. In December of 2023 that dream became a reality as I took over the former 2 Home Cooks space.

I have loved every minute of the journey. There were days where I have thought "why did I do this to myself?", and times where I have been reminded I could probably make more money doing something with my degree. In the end, I know I made the right decision. I have connected with so many amazing people during our time, and been able to make a difference in the Dover community.

Our current lease ends in January of 2027. It's no surprise the restaurant industry is facing tough times. Between the increased cost of goods, utilities, and consumers being more budget conscious many restaurants have closed. We are not immune to these challenges, and for some this might be the opportunity to exit the industry and choose another path. I'd be lying to you if I said that I had thought about taking the exit strategy even for a minute. I am excited to announce that as of today I have resigned a 5 year lease and we are here to stay!

Each one of you that has come through our doors has helped make my dreams a reality. Your support makes even the hardest days doable. From the bottom of my heart thank you for welcoming us to Dover with open arms. Here’s to many more years of brunch, friendship, and community 🥂

Yesterday was our busiest day ever! We were up 18% in sales from Mother's Day 2025, and saw numbers we did not know were even possible. To everyone that dined with us thank you for joining us! A huge shoutout to my team who made the magic happen, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Now what does that look like from an operational standpoint?
-15 hardworking team members including myself
-Nearly 400 guests
-90 pounds of potatoes
-30 pounds of bacon
-10 gallons of pancake batter
-And of course a full case of prosecco for all those mimosas!
-Pizzas from La Festa for the crew because there was no way I was asking our kitchen team to make another meal after a day like that!

PSA: We had so many large groups calling last minute looking for reservations, we hate to have to turn people away but our spots fill up fast. Father's Day is coming up and is generally our second busiest day of the year. Make those reservations soon if you have a large group!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the hardworking moms out there, especially mine! This is our busiest day of the year, basically our Super Bowl.
A few notes:
-Full menu all day breakfast and lunch.
-In order to serve you the best quality food hot and fast we are unable to modify dishes today unless it’s an allergy
-takeout may be limited/paused at peak hours to focus on our in house guests
-Check our online waitlist ahead of time. For larger groups please call and see if we are able to accommodate as our large party reservation spots are all booked.

The second I heard that there had been a fire at Pope Memorial Humane Society NH I reached out and said "What can we do?". They asked if we could donate breakfast this morning for all the volunteers working hard to get everything back to normal and care for our furry friends- done! It's so amazing to see how many of you have reached out to them asking what you can do to help. We live in such a wonderful supportive community. Per their latest post monetary donations are the best way to help. I have attached their donation link below.

Additionally, we have some jewelry crafted by one of our team members dads that is available in Dover on a pay what you can cash basis to benefit the shelter. If you would like to make a cash donation feel free to use the kitty jar and we will donate it to them. Now through June 30th you'll have the option to round up your check to benefit the shelter.

We’re just a few short days away from Mother’s Day! This is typically our busiest day of the year, so here’s a few notes.

-All our reservation slots for larger parties are fully booked at both locations. If you have a group of 6 or more and don’t have a reservation I highly recommend calling ahead to see what the wait time might be.

-There will definitely be a wait. Be sure to check our online waitlist and join ahead of time. Please be sure to check to make sure you selected the correct location as well.

-We may limit or pause takeout orders during peak times to focus on our in house orders.

-We ask that you limit modifications to the menu so we can make sure we can get the food out in a timely fashion. Of course for allergies we’re more than happy to modify dishes.

-Be patient and be kind. We’re here to give you the best experience, and good things come to those who wait.
