Family owned, Charlotte’s Web is a Morris County landmark operated for over 41 years by Sal and Charlotte Monteleone along with Chef Carlos Munoz who headed the kitchen since day one with his creative classic dishes. Chef Raul Jacome who has worked side by side with Chef Carlos for over 27 years is now head chef and continues the tradition of serving only the freshest ingredients and making our food from scratch. The menu offerings are primarily “Eclectic Italian” and are influenced by the owners Sal & Charlotte’s Italian and Austrian backgrounds. The menu is further accented by both Chef Carlos and Chef Raul’s heritage which is often reflected in the restaurants daily specials, truly creating a diverse taste at what has become a local Dover NJ favorite. Our Chef always manages to surprise and please our customers on a regular basis with daily and seasonal specials along with classic favorites including his Country Style Chicken, made (with chicken on the bone, homemade sausage, mushrooms, peppers and potatoes), or Veal Saltimbocca, incredible Eggplant Parmigiana, Venetian style Calves Liver with bacon and onions and then there is our savory Pork Chops with Vinegar Peppers even end of summer Fried Green Tomatoes. Charlottes Web has distinguished itself by serving delicious food, providing friendly accommodating staff and offering reasonable prices. Charlotte’s Web is known as one of the best all around restaurants in Morris County. Come for dinner and discover for yourself!
