60 bottles of Southern Peach Soda SOLD yesterday! 🍑🔥

While peach lemonade was everywhere, we decided to switch it up and bring something different—and clearly, y’all understood the assignment!

Being different has always been my thing. I’m not interested in copying what everyone else is doing just because it feels safe. Sometimes the best business move is trusting your creativity, taking the risk, and giving people something they weren’t expecting.

It was so busy that I barely had time to take pictures, but the smiling customers—and 60 empty spots in our cooler—said enough! 😂🧡

Entrepreneurs, stop being afraid to stand out. A crowded market doesn’t mean there isn’t room for you. It means you need to give people a reason to remember you.

And since you all loved it so much, Southern Peach Soda will be available at our upcoming stops while supplies last! 🍑🥤

PIVOT. DON’T PANIC.

Being a boss and an entrepreneur will teach you quickly that everything will not always go according to plan. The real test is how you respond when things shift.

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve brought in three new employees, worked through trial shifts, and paid attention to who can truly handle the speed, physical work, customer service, and responsibility that come with this business. Some people will be the right fit, and some will not—and that is all part of the process.

Shay’s Seafood & Soul is growing. We have major festivals coming up, strong corporate dates, catering opportunities, and more doors opening. Because of that growth, I am intentionally building a team of three to four reliable, dependable people who are ready to work and help carry the vision forward.

Entrepreneurship can either break you or make you. It will test your patience, your confidence, your leadership, and your ability to keep moving when things do not look the way you expected.

But where I come from, we do not fold under pressure. We adjust. We learn. We get stronger. And we keep grinding.

Success does not always show up when everything is easy. Sometimes it shows up after the pivot—when you refuse to panic, refuse to quit, and decide to keep building anyway. 💪🏾+🙏🏾=🙌🏾
