We absolutely love supporting our friends. We are praying for the most beautiful season for you Nina and for the school. As far as baked goods go, we’ll do what we do best and adjust. Please bare with us through this transition. We will still have a few muffins tomorrow and possibly this week. But if not…peach tarts is all I have to say 😁
I have some BIG news to share, and honestly, I have so many emotions wrapped up in it. 🥹💛
First, I want to say I’m so sorry to anyone who has been waiting on an order or wondering when Six Magnolias will reopen. But I also hope you’ll be just as excited for me as I am about what God is doing!
I recently started working at my children’s school,
Adoration Christian School, and I couldn’t be more excited. I get to be with my kids all day, and I get to work alongside an absolutely AMAZING staff. It’s something I never expected, but God opened a door and ushered me right through it. And the biggest thing I’ve felt since walking through that door is peace.
So… what does that mean for Six Magnolias Bakehouse? 🌿
Well, if you’ve followed me for any length of time, I hope you’ve gotten to know how much I love the Lord and how deeply I want to follow Him wherever He leads me.
Right now, I believe He is asking me to step away from the bakery for a little while and get established at the school.
I don’t have a reopening date yet. I wish I did! But I also know this is NOT the end of Six Magnolias. It’s just a little pause. 🌸
Six Magnolias has been such a beautiful part of my life and our family’s story. You have supported this little bakery in ways I could have never imagined, and I am so incredibly grateful for every loaf, every order, every share, every kind message, and every person who has cheered me on.
I hope to be serving you all again sooner rather than later! Until then, please keep visiting and supporting the two wonderful local businesses that have helped make Six Magnolias possible:

We love Jesus, we put Him first, and it has been absolutely amazing watching God work, move, open doors, and put pieces together to make all of this possible.
Growing a school and keeping it running is a HUGE job, and there are so many moving pieces behind the scenes. So while you’re praying, please keep Adoration Christian School in your prayers too. Pray for our staff, our students, our families, our finances, our growth, our decisions, and most importantly, that everything we do would continue to point people back to Jesus.
I truly believe God is doing something special there, and I am so thankful He has allowed me to be a part of it. 💙
