At Goodness In Grains, every meal is prepared fresh each week—not pulled from a freezer. Here’s how our ordering process works:

📱 Monday – Thursday
Place and pay for your meal prep order through the Goodness In Grains app.

⏰ Thursday (End of Day)
Ordering closes for the week so we can begin preparing your meals.

🛒 Friday – Saturday
Our team shops for the freshest ingredients, prepares each recipe, cooks your meals, and carefully packages every order.

🚗 Sunday – Monday
Choose convenient pickup from the GIG Customer Pickup Hub
📍 65 Enterprise Blvd.
—or have your meals delivered (where available).

💪 Just Work Fitness Members
Your meal prep orders will be delivered to the gym every Monday morning.
