As the seasons change, so do we 🙌

We are swapping out some of our summer fruity flavors to welcome Fall favorites 🍁

Orange 🍊
Try as a Red Bull, Lotus, or Soda 🥤
Add vanilla for a creamier flavor 🤍
Add raspberry to hold onto summer for a little longer ♥️
For a coffee try mixing orange with brown sugar cinnamon, praline, or chocolate 🍫

English Toffee 🤎
Mixes well with caramel, chocolate, or your favorite nut 🌰

Praline 🌰
Mixes with caramel, brown sugar cinnamon, or honey 🍯

Pumpkin 🎃
Not quite yet! We will have pumpkin on the trailer at Jackalope Square Farmers Market this Saturday and it will make it’s grand entrance to Mocha Molly’s next week, just in time for our September features 🍂

What a week 🤯

Hit the ground running at Wyoming State Fair and just tried to keep up 🏃‍♀️ 💨

We pumped through more business than is humanly possible in our Mobile Molly trailer this week! Lots worked well & went smoothly, but there’s a lot of notes for next year, if we get the spot again 🤞

Grateful for:
1. The opportunity to participate in the State Fair 🎡

2. My team for keeping the shop running, keeping stuff stocked & prepared to head to Mobile Molly daily, and the willingness to pull some extra shifts at the State Fair in addition to their normal shifts 👏

3. All of the customers! Our shop regulars that are super excited for us and stop by for their drinks wherever they see us pop up. Also our State Fair regulars that tried us in the beginning of the week and were back everyday 🥰

4. The patience that everyone had waiting in line every morning. That line started at 7:15 and didn’t stop, not even joking, until 12:30ish🙏

5. My mom. She took the week off her normal job to be available for whatever & whenever I needed anything. She worked everyday with me and had to make several trips to restock supplies from the our shop & the grocery store. Her husband Joe also hung out and did anything he could to help 😅

6. Our Fair Food Flight participants that tried our Cake Cups & voted for us 🇺🇸

7. Our growth over the year! Last year the DVFD hired us for a few jobs while the trailer was still new & that was a huge deal for us. We got to service their VIP section at the Demo Derby. They were eager to have us back this year and we, unfortunately, had to turn them down because of our spot on the midway for the duration of the fair. Maybe someday we will have a fleet of Mobile Molly’s and be able to be in more locations at the same time 🤞

*We will probably be a little short on some baking this week & some of our supplies were depleted. I’ll be getting in some orders today and we will be restocked and back to normal shortly*

I don’t post pictures of orders until the event/date is over. Seeing the cake, in person, for the first time is part of the magic ✨ I love seeing people faces light up 🥰
