SOMETIMES LIVING YOUR VALUES MEANS…SLOWING DOWN.
When we started Tio’s Table, we weren’t chasing a restaurant. We were being obedient to what we felt God calling us to create:
A place where people gather.
Conversations that matter.
Food made with intention.
A table where everyone has a seat.
That’s why our mission has always been simple:
Real Food.
Real People.
Real Good.
Fam First.
The last few years have been incredible. We’ve watched strangers become regulars, regulars become friends, and friends become family.
But we’ve learned a few things:
• You can’t preach balance while running yourself into the ground.
• You can’t build something that’s meant to last if you never stop to strengthen the foundation.
That means we’re pressing pause twice this summer:
✨ CLOSED June 8-14
✨ CLOSED July 6-12
NOT because anything is wrong.
NOT because we’re giving up.
Instead, we’re CHOOSING to be intentional.
We’ll be spending some of our summer resting, resetting, planning, interviewing, and preparing for what’s next.
The industry says push harder. People ask us why we aren’t doing more.
But we’re choosing to build differently.
On faith.
On community.
On authenticity.
And on the belief that if we take care of people well, everything else will work itself out.
While our doors may be closed to the public this week, we’re very much at work behind the scenes. 😎
Dreaming.
Planning.
Building.
The truth is, some of our biggest ideas are still ahead of us (and we can’t wait to share them with you).
We won’t be offline entirely 🤪 so send us a message, a prayer, a memory, or a little encouragement…we’d love to hear from you!
This isn’t the end of anything…it’s simply a much-needed ✨DEEP BREATH✨ before our next chapter.
With love,
- Joey & Devis
