The Farmhouse Deli & Pantry features Michigan cheeses, cured, roasted and smoked meats (some done in house) and a wide variety of soups and salads featuring fruits, vegetables and grains prepared in a vibrantly healthy manner. We offer a selection of our favorite ingredients packaged for home use, including olive oils, pastas, grains, tomatoes and more. With winter approaching the Farmhouse Deli w

Our Rosemary Ham & Gruyère Croissant starts with incredible rosemary ham from Italy, layered with nutty Gruyère and local lettuce on a flaky, fresh-baked, real-butter croissant.

This bag of tomatoes from Big Dipper Farm smells like heaven. It smells like what every tomato candle wishes it could achieve. marinated in olive oil and basil then poured over mini burrata on a bed of local greens from Hinterland. In our grab and go case right now!

One of my favorite parts about my job is mentoring and getting to know incredible young people. The future looks so bright and hopeful thru their perspective. I am endlessly impressed and amazed by their wisdom, world view, care for humanity. The hardest part is when they leave the nest. It is exactly what we want for them, but we also want them around forever. Eli is flying the nest to begin his new career. We could not be more proud of him, or grateful for his steady, calm, kind, strong presence at the deli. We will miss you so much Eli, but we know you are doing big things and we are so proud. Our carrot cake is not for the faint of heart. First of all, it’s BIG. Second, it is dense. It’s chock full of carrots, walnuts, golden raisins, spices. And the frosting is a cream cheese-buttercream hybrid that is piled on. It is great for bribing people into doing what you want them to also!
