Thank you all so much for joining us during these first few months.

We are happily heading to Peru for family reasons, for love, and for our religious wedding.

We’re bringing you two more options from Peruvian cuisine.

*Pescado a lo Macho*: Served with white rice and two pieces of yuca, this dish features a fried fish fillet smothered in a seafood sauce—loaded with shrimp, squid, and mussels—making it a true delight.

*Arroz con Mariscos*: Similar to Spanish paella, this dish combines rice, shrimp, squid, and mussels in a rich seafood sauce reduction. It is served with *salsa criolla*—a zesty mix of julienned onions, red tomato wedges, cilantro, lime juice, and seasonings—making it a true delicacy of Peruvian cuisine.
