Good morning, everyone! We pray that you’ve all stayed safe amidst the hurricane. We’ve decided to delay opening today to give everyone time to recuperate following the storm and heed the city’s recommendation to stay off the roads while restoration work is being done. We will let you know asap when we’ll be back open! Stay safe and keep an eye out for updates!

ATTENTION EVERYONE 📣 Today (9/28) is Syd’s last day (we’re not crying—you are!). You’ve got until noon today to see Squid off. Without further ado…

Syd/Squid/Sydney… Where to even begin? You’ve been a key part of our team for the past 5 years now and beloved by all of our guests and staff alike. You made Bird & Bean come to life, and it won’t be the same without you here. We couldn’t be more thankful for all that you’ve done for the shop and the great experiences you’ve brought to our community. It’s bittersweet to see you go. Bitter, because you won’t be with us anymore. Sweet, because we couldn’t be more proud of you and the step you’re taking into the next season of your life. We can’t wait to see how you grow and thrive helping people have healthy eyes. We will always be here to help you stay caffeinated in the meantime. Thank you for all of the ways you’ve helped and supported our little shop over the past half decade—we couldn’t have done it without you! We love you and will miss you, Syd!!! ♥️

We’re excited to be featuring Crimson Cup’s 1991 blend on espresso! With notes of chocolate, graham cracker, and toasted marshmallow, it all comes together to taste like smores. It makes a wonderful base for our espresso drinks and a delightful shot on its own.

Swing by and let us know what you think!

Have you tried our seasonal special yet? The Blackberry Mocha is one you don’t want to miss for a sweet taste of summer. It won’t be with us for much longer, so get it while it’s hot (which if you’ve been outside lately, you know it is)!
