Good Morning Everyone I would post a video but honestly guys that’s really not our style idk why we’re just not camera people . But here it goes Thursday night I forgot to pack 4 slices of sausage yesterday Friday I forgot to pack a request of added on shrimp if I could only tell you all how many break downs I’ve had within these past 3 weeks since this new plate went viral I am extremely overwhelmed I’m stressed, I feel drained I would lie if I told you all I don’t think about quitting working a whole 8 hr shift to continue a 4 hr shift in the evening standing up no breaks in between shoot I don’t even have time to go to the restroom I have 3 white boards and they all get filled with orders mind you aside from replying to incoming messages from tik tok Facebook, what’s app, instagram then sometimes phone calls . Its becoming to be too much I try not to be hard on myself mistakes happen how many times has Whataburger, McDonalds messed up our order do we hate them no do we understand they’re human just like us yes. I feel super ungrateful cause this past week I’ve seen nothing but posts of businesses being slow, closing getting no customers and here I am complaining that I have too much customers when I should be thankful and I am it’s just draining the life out of me I don’t know how much more I can keep this up I feel exhausted I don’t rest . I couldn’t sleep at all I came up with this check list thinking of ways of how we can avoid this from happening again so starting today and on we are going to be triple check off everything whether it’s me packing it or Brianna or Cloe my initials have to be on it for approval . I apologized to those two customers it was a genuine mistake it was over looked and not intentional . If you all have bought from me you know I’ve never messed up your order count . I’m just swamped with orders . That’s it there’s no other reason it’s becoming to be too much . I pray I ask God to give me direction to give me guidance . To give me a sign if I should continue or quit . I want to thank you all for your support for your patience and most of all your business.
