We are SO pumped about our new flavors! 🍦💃🏼

We loved hearing all of your ideas, and trust us—we were taking notes! 📝 A couple of your suggestions even made it onto this month’s lineup! Our mouths are already watering just thinking about these flavor combinations, and we have a feeling yours will be too!

September Flavor Line up!!!

🌿 GET FIGGY WITH IT — A luscious, jammy roasted fig ice cream swirled into our dreamy sweet cream base, with buttery, salty-sweet pistachio brittle scattered throughout for the most delicious little crunch. Sophisticated, unexpected, and just a tiny bit fancy.

☕️ COFFEE NUT — Rich, velvety coffee ice cream loaded with buttery hazelnut shortbread cookies and ribbons of silky Nutella swirl. Nutty, decadent, chocolatey, and basically a coffee shop dessert in a scoop. 🤎

🍎 APPLE BOTTOM JOE — Warm, nostalgic apple cider ice cream packed with cinnamon-kissed apple crisp chunks and generous ribbons of our dreamy, buttery caramel swirl. It’s everything you love about a cozy apple crisp, but cold, creamy, and ready to party. 🍎🍂

🍌 JOE BANANAS— Creamy banana ice cream loaded with tender, banana nut bread chunks, rich chocolate pieces, and luscious chocolate swirl. Banana bread meets chocolatey goodness in one seriously chunky scoop. 🍫🍌

🥐 BUTTERED UP — Buttery, rich ice cream loaded with chopped-up Cronuts from Delight Donuts! Flaky, golden, pastry-packed bites in every scoop, bringing all the deliciousness of a fresh-from-the-bakery Cronut straight into your ice cream. It’s rich. It’s flaky. It’s going to be ridiculously good. And yes… we’re absolutely getting buttered up. 😏🥐

We’re already planning our first scoop and, honestly, we’re not sure how we’re supposed to choose. 😂

They say the place to be was Joe Sweet this weekend!

We are absolutely BLOWN AWAY by the number of people who came through our doors! We don’t know if you can tell from these pictures, but we sure can… we LOVE seeing all those smiles and hearing all that laughter! 💕

We are beyond blessed by every single person who stopped by, grabbed a scoop (or two 😉), and spent a little time in our happy place. You guys make Joe Sweet what it is!

We had ANOTHER amazing night at Joe Sweet! So many familiar faces, and so many new ones, too! We truly love our Joe Sweet friends and family more than you know. You make this little place so special!

Jeremy just left Joe Sweet with a cup of our Salty Micki and we are ALLLLLL jealous!

We literally cannot wait for you to try this month’s lineup! We have SO many good choices, and I’m pretty sure picking just one is going to be the hardest part.

There’s just something special about farm-fresh milk. And we truly believe this partnership is going to take our already delicious ice cream to a whole new level. Creamier. Fresher. Even more Nebraska goodness in every bite. ❤️

Today was a monster cookie kind of day!

Huge chunks of doughy monster cookies folded into our dreamy sweet cream, with the most decadent chocolate peanut butter swirl running through every bite.

We have a feeling this one is going to be a crowd pleaser. 😍

Basically… monster cookies met chocolate peanut butter and decided to become best friends. And honestly, we’re here for it.
