Carson’s Fish House

Good evening friends, currently our restaurant is empty unless the last renters decide they want to reopen. But, I was curious as to who would be interested, not strictly in a fish house, but a restaurant that offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Not everyday of the week...I know our location isn’t the best. Mom and dad need this place off of their shoulders, so I would be handling things. Of course we’d have our delicious fish on the menu, definitely the same great ribs and bbq...but also specials like country fried steak, our lasagna and etc. this would be a big step, and I need all feedback! It would still be family operated, and by family I mean employees that were like family as well.

We sure hope all our friends have been doing well! Our little Austin bagged his first bird this weekend, and we wanted to share it with y’all! We hope all our little turkey hunting friends enjoyed the youth hunt!
Don and Nancy got to see their first great grand daughter this week! They are sure enjoying their time off ❤️. Have a blessed week!!

Thank you all for a great weekend! We’re sad and happy to announce this was our last weekend as Carson’s Fish House! We are leasing out the business to an excellent family! We have enjoyed all of the friendships we have made while being in business and we certainly appreciate each and everyone of you! Don and Nancy are going to enjoy retirement and I’m going to enjoy a summer with my babies traveling, watching baseball games, and gardening!
