If you've never tried our Chicken Chile Relleno pizza, now is the time! We just made a new batch of sauce with locally grown and roasted poblano peppers from Pueblo Seed & Food Company! A perfect mix of creamy, spicy and cheesy on a crisp crust. Dan and his crew from Pueblo Seed have some of the tastiest chiles around!

Get yours this week at the Cortez Econolodge on Tues or Wednesday from 11:30-6, or during Third Thursday at Montezuma Park from 5:00-8:00.
