A Little About Café Bonita ☕💕

If you're new here, welcome! We've seen so many new faces lately that we thought it was the perfect time to introduce ourselves again.
Café Bonita opened its doors in January 2024, and people often ask us, "Why coffee?"
The answer is simple.
Because coffee brings people together.
Some of the best conversations, friendships, celebrations, and even healing begin over a cup of coffee. That's the feeling we wanted to create when we opened Café Bonita—a place where everyone feels welcome.
Our coffee is roasted right here in Southwest Kansas, but the heart behind our menu comes from our family. Many of our recipes are inspired by my grandmother's traditions and my mom's special touch, especially her homemade Mexican vanilla cold foam.
Our signature drinks—La Abuelita, Mazapán Latte, Canelita, and our traditional Café de Olla—aren't just menu items. They're little pieces of our culture that we're honored to share with our community.
Our dream has always been bigger than serving coffee. We want Café Bonita to be a place where cultures meet, conversations happen, families gather, and strangers become friends. Soon, we'll also be sharing homemade food inspired by the same family traditions.
We're a family-owned small business in the heart of Dodge City, and every visit, every coffee, every kind word, and every recommendation means more than you'll ever know. Café Bonita is located inside Love & Bloom Flower Boutique in Dodge City. We're located at 2010 1st Ave. Open 6 days a week.
