Ready set go! GRAND OPENING TOMORROW 🎉🌻Wednesday, August 26 11 AM!! we’ll have fruit pie pies, cream pies , strawberry pies, pecan pies, all kinds of pies, little personal pies even. Now let’s talk Ice Cream 🍨 vanilla bean of course because what’s a slice of warm apple pie without vanilla bean ice cream? Maybe some coconut almond fudge or artisan butter pecan or cherry chocolate cheesecake we got some flavors of ice cream. That’ll blow your mind. You can have a scoop or two or take home a pint or a quart come check us out tomorrow or just swing in and say hello. The Pie Barn has gone through some renovations and is all decked out and ready for you. See you soon.

So this has been in the works for a little while, but big changes ahead! Joe and I bought The Pie Barn, soon to be rebranded as Rugars Pie Barn down in Eminence at Stewart’s landing and take ownership at the end of the week🥳 I’ll be open for the rest of the season and then reopen beginning of next. I’m super excited about this next chapter in my life and to keep the Rugars legacy alive and well! Besides, I have this big beautiful metal sign sitting in front of a burned out building now I can put it to good use lol, and my Love of cooking for others and making them happy with my food. 💕 this seemed like a graceful way to slide into retirement and fitting as my very first job is a 15 year-old was baking 150 apple pies a day so back to the grass roots lol and grandma’s apple pie recipe lives on.!! come on down and visit me I’ll be having my grand opening Friday, August 21 st after slight facelift and remodel, lol you know I can’t help myself 🤩😎
