A lot of changes have happened in the last month and a half. With Anthony’s accident and him being out for an unknown amount of time and Jazzy getting married and moving, it’s time for me to come off the bench. If you are a sugar shack customer you know who I am and some of you at Mimi’s have seen me around the last few weeks. I’m Michelle the co owner of these amazing restaurants. As I navigate through and become acquainted with the area and community please bear with me. Due to a previous engagement I have, we will be closed this coming Monday August 31st. Starting Tuesday we will be open our normal schedule. I look forward to meeting and getting to know you all.

As you all know Jazzy and Justin got married earlier this month. As their lives progress forward as a married couple, Jazzy is moving on from Mimi’s. This Thursday is her last day in this chapter. She is going to be here everyday and 1/2 a day on Thursday. Come share your stories and laugh with her as you say your goodbyes. Opening on Friday without her will be strange but good. We love you both and are so proud of you and wish you a long and happy future.
