🍎🍂 OKAY… ARE WE READY?! Fall has officially made its way to Diamond Cakes! 🍂🍎

We asked what flavors you wanted to see as we headed into fall, and one thing came through LOUD AND CLEAR — APPLE! 😂🍎

Well… we heard you.

Our September Menu officially starts TODAY, and the shop is bursting with cozy fall flavors, brand-new treats, and a little bit of autumn magic.

🍎 THE BIG APPLE
Warm spiced apple cake layered with apple pie filling and finished with rich brown sugar buttercream. You asked for apple to take center stage… so we gave it its very own cake. 🤎

🍫🌰 PRALINE & PROPER
Decadent chocolate cake layered with hazelnut praline buttercream and finished with silky chocolate-hazelnut buttercream. Rich, nutty, chocolatey and very proper. 😉

🎃 OH MY GOURD
Pumpkin spice cake layered with white chocolate cream cheese frosting and finished with fragrant vanilla bean buttercream.

And pumpkin lovers, this one is sticking around! Oh My Gourd will be with us through November, which means for the next couple of months you’ll have a whopping FIVE different cake slices to choose from in our case! 🎂🙌

But we certainly didn’t stop at cake…

🍏 Caramel Apple Cinnamon Rolls have officially joined the lineup!

And meet one of our newest fall indulgences — our Salted Caramel Pecan Brown Butter Cookie. 🤎 A rich brown butter cookie with ribbons of salted caramel throughout, filled AND topped with pieces of our homemade candied pecans. Sweet, salty, buttery, nutty… basically everything fall should be wrapped up into one cookie. 🍂

And then there’s our Baker’s Choice… 👀

Every week, something a little different will make its way into the case. Maybe Apple Cider Donuts… maybe a Maple Pecan Twist… maybe something we haven’t told you about yet. 😉

You’ll just have to stop in and see what we’re baking that week!

And the menu isn’t the only thing that’s changed around here…

The shop has gotten a little fall makeover with new decorations and just a hint of the Halloween magic that’s still to come. If you know us, you know we’re only getting started. 🕯️🖤

So grab a coffee, wander around and see what’s changed, pick something new from the case, and help us celebrate our very first fall season at Diamond Cakes Bakeshop. 🍂🤎

This is the last weekend to get your cake slices of The Duchess and Brewed Awakening... And then they will be gone😢

The Duchess 🫖 Earl Gray infused white cake with blackberry jam and blackberry buttercream on the inside with a light lavender buttercream on the outside.

Brewed Awakening ☕ chocolate cake filled with salted caramel buttercream and finished with an espresso buttercream on the outside.

And of course we have all of our other treats including cookies, scones, muffins, brownies and our famous cinnamon rolls.
