Happy Saturday and what a weekend of sports that's upon us! This also means family and friends getting together and what a perfect opportunity to let us feed y'all!

How about this picture of this 3-meat combo? Dry-rubbed ribs, our Texas-style brisket, and tender chopped pork, all slow-smoked over real hickory, with two sides of our famous collard greens and burnt end baked beans. Thank you Diana G for your picture of your meal from Dillsboro and Yelp!

Happy Sunday, y'all! We just want to say thank you to everyone who stopped by this past week. Waynesville, Dillsboro, and Franklin all stayed busy, and it's because of you.

Good Saturday morning, y'all! We had to show off this massive 3 Meat Combo with three of our top choices: slow-smoked brisket, chopped pork, and ribs. This one came from Mark F. and his Dillsboro Yelp review last month.

We absolutely love it when folks share their feedback, and especially their foodie pics, on any of our public pages: Facebook, Yelp, TripAdvisor, and Google. We can't tell you how many people walk in because of your reviews, and we truly appreciate every one of them.

We also wanted to share what a success it's been watching folks order ahead through our new website, or by calling Jolene, our AI assistant, at 828-522-9077 day or night to get their questions answered, and having her text the menu, ordering, or catering links for any of our three locations.

This past week we've had catering and to-go orders waiting on us first thing in the morning. Folks are loving being able to get their orders in and schedule your pick up time before we open our doors.

We had them all prepped and ready to go, whether it was treating the whole office to lunch or feeding the family at home.

We appreciate every bit of the feedback. What we do and why we do it comes down to one thing: taking care of you and putting out the best slow-smoked barbecue in the country.

Sliced brisket topped with grilled onions, peppers, mushrooms, and provolone cheese on toast. Pair it with a bowl of Brunswick stew and that's a hearty lunch!
