The Country Chick — Fried/grilled chicken, candied pecans, cranberries, candied bacon, and goat cheese over mixed greens.

The Silk Road Express — Asian blood orange chicken with edamame, pickled carrots and cabbage, wonton crisps, and sesame seed.

Hail Caesar — House caesar with butter garlic croutons and shaved parm. Add chicken or prosciutto

This one's called the Last Train to Mexico! Street corn elote, mojo pulled pork, candied bacon, jalapeños, mozzarella, goat cheese, tajín, cilantro, and a lime crema drizzle — all on our hand-made crust.

It's one of Chef Kevin Faini's personal favorites on the menu, and our guests are backing him up on that one.
