We will be opening on our final day of operation tomorrow at 3 PM to 8:30 PM.
Once again from the bottom of my heart, I would like to thank everybody in Jackson County and all the surrounding counties for coming in theses final days and saying goodbye and thank you , along with all the hugs , conversations, and great memories shared .
You will truly be missed, and in my heart forever .

To all of our wonderful patrons, we have a little hiccup with opening up tomorrow Friday for lunch as we have been overwhelmed with orders and we are needing our deliveries to arrive to get prepared for tomorrow and Saturday.
We will open Friday, February 21 at 3 PM until 8:30 PM we appreciate all your goodbyes and hugs and memories shared together as they will never be forgotten. God Bless. 🤗

First, I would like to thank our community and all of our patrons in our surrounding areas and abroad for the support that you have shown us and the thank yous , hugs and goodbyes you have given us in these last few days of operation in our final week of operation.
With that being said we have been overwhelmed with orders as we ar very short on our products that we have taken pride in to offering our customers for the last 16 years.
As we will be open Thursday, Friday and Saturday for our final stetch we will have to postpone opening at 11:30 AM on THURSDAY and OPEN AT 3 PM to restock our kitchen with our superior products so we don’t disappoint anybody coming through our doors to dine with us one last time before we say goodbye.
We are so sorry about the inconvenience, but we are overwhelmed and it’s becoming very emotional as this is the final dance coming to an end.
From the bottom of my heart I truly I’m gonna miss the people that Ive met and the people that have come through our doors and have become family.Family ,friendship and memories are forever lasting in my heart always and forever.
With that being said , from the bottom of my heart God bless you all and once again you’ll be truly missed and thank you for your support and friendship for 16 fantastic years at Kostas and in our community.

Farewell letter from Kostas Express Restaurant

Dear valued friends, employees, and guests of Kostas Express Restaurant,

It is with humble gratitude and a heavy heart that we announce the closing of Kostas Express Restaurant. This has been a very difficult and emotional decision and we are so sad to say goodbye, after 16 years, we will close our doors on Sunday Feb. 23rd,2025 as we have decided it’s time to move on to the next life adventure, whatever that might be.

We would like to thank our staff, past and present, for being such an integral part of our business and for helping us to provide so many wonderful experiences to our countless guests over the years. Restaurant work is not easy. It takes commitment, thick skin, and a really good sense of humor. Your efforts have never gone unnoticed, you have shown grace, warmth, and dedication. There are no words that clearly express the love and gratitude we feel for our staff that worked so hard to keep the vision alive. It is so rare to find such a committed, hardworking, talented, and friendly staff anywhere. We became a family. So very grateful for the love and tremendous efforts, you are all amazing.

Of course, we give immeasurable thanks to everyone who has dined with us, whether you've been dining with us for years from within our community or just now found us. We are grateful for your continued support and loyalty; you are the direct reason for our success as we are truly humbled and honored to have served you. You trusted us with your most treasured events: birthday celebrations, graduation dinners, first dates, marriage proposals, engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, baby showers, children growing up, epic parties and celebrations of life, and many other completely routine and sometimes totally extraordinary moments in our community.
Kostas gave us all a place to feel at home.
However, as much as we love Kostas and seeing you walk through our doors, this is a bittersweet choice and a most difficult decision, to say the least.
What an incredible journey it has been and continue to support your local businesses.

To Our Valued Customers:

On Feb. 23rd ,2025, we will permanently close down our business. It is with sadness we write this but after great consideration, the decision to close down our business after 16 years of serving you and our community, getting to know you and making you part of our Kostas family comes with a heavy heart.
It has been a wonderful experience throughout the years for us and will continue to hold a special place in our hearts. We would like to thank our staff and guests for so many wonderful experiences and friendships over the years at our establishment that will never be forgotten.

We will miss all of you and thank you once again for the unforgettable experience that will last a lifetime ,and please continue to support your local businesses.
