What We Offer

Responsibilities
Lead line operations during peak service periods
Ensure quality plating, preparation, and presentation standards
Maintain ticket times and assist with kitchen expediting
Train and support kitchen staff
Uphold cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Assist with opening and closing kitchen operations
Help drive consistency and excellence in every guest experience
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of culinary experience
Previous leadership or supervisory kitchen experience preferred
Current Food Safety Certification
Reliable transportation
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and desire for career advancement
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
Restaurant Hours
Dinner Service: Tuesday–Friday
Brunch & Dinner: Saturday and Sunday
Kitchen closes at 9 PM Tuesday–Thursday & Sunday, and 10 PM Friday & Saturday
