Time to make one of my favorites, a peach and mango kettle sour. This beer is the same grain bill as the black and blue sour that aged on mixed berries. It’s tart with plenty of fruit flavor from a secondary fermentation on 8 pounds of chopped peaches and mangos. A great way to finish out the summer!
