Mandarin Taste Restaurant is a family-owned business founded by Charlie Feng in 1984. Originally from Taiwan, Charlie developed his extensive culinary skills as a chef in Chinatown. Passionate about his work, Charlie had a dream to one day operate his own restaurant, one that combines delectable food, exceptional service, and a comfortable setting. Today, that dream is a reality, as Mandarin Taste

proudly shares the delicious food originating from the Hunan and Szechuan provinces with its appreciative customers. About
Mandarin Taste’s mission is to make dining a uniquely enjoyable experience. From the aesthetically pleasing décor to the warm and caring staff to the masterfully prepared dishes, every detail is attended to so that the diner is treated to a memorable meal. Over the years, Mandarin Taste has refined its menu, which features an impressive array of dishes to satisfy even the most discriminating diner. Whether they are sampling the signature honey walnut shrimp, savory fish filet with black bean sauce, or the popular honey crispy chicken, diners are sure to be pleased. Each dish is crafted by a team of talented chefs who take immense pride in both flavor and presentation. Not to be missed is Mandarin Taste’s Sunday Champagne Brunch, which offers a wide selection of favorites including smoked chicken and smoked duck, sautéed lobster and crab, salt and pepper calamari along with many Mandarin Taste classics.
