I remember the first shot of espresso that stopped me in my tracks in Melbourne, Australia. That espresso is forever imprinted in my mind and now I' m on a mission to duplicate that same feeling at my Cafe. As my barista friend Dillon tells me " a lot of coffee shops offer pour-overs, house espresso, cold brew, on and on." In the end you want return visitors that will be intrigued and also make th

At the moment enjoying Stamatopoulos and Sons ROBUST first pressed olive oil . Wow ! This oil will be for sale in Dexter at our Cafe . "Full-on" olive taste see how I prepared it on crostini, fresh basil, mozzarella slice, tomato and big drizzle oil and finish with sea salt/pepper.
