We got the call… and we showed up ready to roll! 😄 We smiled through the sweat, fired up the setup, and introduced a whole lot of folks to our signature BBQ Sandwich and BBQ Nachos - topped off with the one and only Leon’s Dexter Queen Hot Mustard Sauce that keeps everyone coming back.

A huge shoutout to Laura- she worked her tail off right alongside me! From hauling heavy equipment to slinging PIGS in the back kitchen at the Capitol Plaza Hotel & Convention Center, she made sure we had plenty of those delicious mini pigs ready for the 400-500 people who came through. Not many can handle the hustle of events like this, but Laura’s one tough lady who thrives on it. 💪🌟🥇 Catering definitely isn’t for the faint of heart!

We’re so grateful to everyone who went out of their way to welcome us and make us feel right at home. And a special thank you to all who stopped by to rave about the BBQ sandwich, the loaded nachos, and especially our famous Hot Mustard Sauce- it means the world to hear how much you loved it!

Finally, big thanks to Steve Jordan for the last-minute invite - we had a blast and can’t wait for next year.
