OPEN for lunch 11:30-1:30 am. We have a plant-based seasonal menu that our chef creates herself, with a focus on delicious flavor combinations. Please don't let that (plant-based) stop you from stopping in and giving us a try. We have plenty of avid meat eaters that come in and enjoy the food. We are 100% by donation, we do have listed suggested donations on our menu

. Our suggested donations just covers the food cost, as we understand eating out is difficult for many right now, and we would love to make this food available to as many people as possible. We are able to operate this way because of the amazing people from all over central Maine that volunteer their time here, and because people are willing to come try something new. Tuesday night we hold a Bible study/ discussion at 6:30pm. We are just reading through the Bible together. ALL WELCOME! To sign up for the next weeks menu and other activities; send us an email and type "menu please" in the subject line and send it to [email protected]. We will send you weekly updates on what we have going on in Gatherings. Gatherings dinning room space available for rent. We keep Sundays open for this purpose but maybe able to scheduled other days (Fridays and Saturdays are unavailable), money goes towards running costs. So if you don't have a large space to have your family over for the Holidays this might be the perfect option for you. If interested please email us at [email protected]

Pad Thai is back on the menu this week as the special at Gatherings 4 Main Street in Dexter! It was a big hit back in February during school break week and now that school has started again, we’re bringing it back.

Lunch is served Wednesday through Friday from 11:30 to 1:30.

Pad Thai is a naturally gluten-free dish, because it uses rice noodles. Come to Gatherings 4 Main Street and grab yourself a bowl of it while supplies last!

Thanks for all the support today! We sold out of the vegetable stir fry, so we’ll be making more tomorrow. Wendy Kimball is a great cook. She didn’t even get to eat her food, because everyone else ate it. 😂 More and more squash and zucchini keep arriving, so I think we are all set on those. Thank you so much for the vegetable donations!

Vegetable stir-fry and rice is the special at Gatherings 4 Main Street this week. Wendy Kimball is our chef for this week’s special. The stir fry will feature zucchini and squash donated to us from various friends, as well as onions, mushrooms, carrots, and broccoli.

I will probably try it, but I’ll be sneaking my mushrooms onto Wendy’s or Olin’s plate because I’m not a fan of mushrooms myself. -Alilia 😂

Reminder that we are run by volunteers and all food is by donation.

By the way, it looks like tomato season is almost upon us. If you know anyone who might like to donate some tomatoes to us in the upcoming weeks, please put them in touch with us. We would be happy to do a veggie burger special with those. There’s nothing like homegrown tomatoes. Am I right?

Update: bags of ice have been spoken for by the Living Innovations organization, which sends us volunteers on a regular basis. So glad we could bless you, when you guys have blessed us so much!

Original post: Anyone need ice? We have 5 2-gallon bags banked up from our ice machine that we didn’t end up using at the hot dog festival for giving out cold water and are happy to give them away rather than putting them down the drain if anyone wants them. Our special this week is breakfast!

We’re back from our family trip and open for lunch Wed-Fri 11:30-1:30.

We’ll have waffles, pancakes, fruit sauce, buttah, maple syrup, home fries, homemade ketchup, breakfast scramble, sausage, breakfast burritos and granola, in addition to our regular menu of burritos, quesadillas, tacos, haystack bowls, crunch wheels, broccoli cheddah soup, chili, falafel wraps, don’t be a chicken salad, etc. Come hungry. We will fill you up!
