Good Sunday all. A little DH update as we have heard so much chatter lately and you have been inquiring.
Thank you all for letting me know we had a dead bush out front. It was time for the bush to go, for those few who told me to “leave it, it’ll pop back”, ALL LIES 🤣😂. I feel like the fool as I left it all summer listening to your nonsense while being judged 😉.
The exterior of our building has slacked a bit due to it being repainted very soon, we are not selling and “letting it go”, just thought I’d squash a few rumors 🥰. Appreciate all the concern and that you want to keep us around 💕. And just a little fyi, if we were selling, we would never NOT maintain our property. The rain held us back this spring when we had the man power, it’s just been a busy summer…😉. Many paint samples on east side of building if you want to throw your thoughts at it.
There is indeed some sort of ‘hood of smaller homes going in across the road. I could be way off base on the smaller homes? I’m just spreading a rumor that I heard, Lee told me, I didn’t listen and I can’t ask him for a third time cause then he will be right about me not listening 🤷♀️ Also the realtor stopped in and told me, I was pulling weeds and half listening, sorry realtor guy…
Our mixed greens will be back next week, with the lettuce crisis, guests were a little put off from the green stuff and didn’t care to lose a quick 10 lbs (all our greens were safe by the way) 😉. We couldn’t stock 3 different greens and continue to toss them, anyone seen the price of food lately?! Sliced tomatoes are back as well.
Truly, from the bottom of our hearts, thanks so much for supporting your local establishment, the DH crew truly appreciates you all, except the .00001% that choose to make our lives hell, you all need to move on up the road.
