🚨 Trailer Trouble

Well… our trailer decided it wanted to take a little unscheduled vacation and broke an axle this week. Unfortunately, that means we will NOT be at Adam’s Bank across from Maverick this week.

We’re getting it fixed and, if everything goes according to plan, we’ll be back out there next week serving up the BBQ you’ve been craving.

Thanks for bearing with us while we get the wheels back under us. Literally. 😂

Well… our food truck crew decided to play a game of “Who’s Available?” today, and let’s just say the staffing gods didn’t smile on us. 😅

Because of staffing issues, we won’t be set up across from Maverik today. The good news is we’ll be back next Tuesday, ready to sling brisket, pork, and all the BBQ goodness you’ve been craving.

Until then, don’t let your stomach hold a grudge. Come see us at the restaurant:

Before diving into our next event, we just want to say thank you to everyone who joined us for our B**r vs. W**e Dinner. What an incredible night! Great food, great drinks, and even better company made it one to remember.

The competition was as close as it gets! After all the votes were counted, Team Caduceus pulled out the win by a mere 3 votes. It could not have been much closer, and it definitely made for a fun night of friendly debate.

If you missed this one, don’t worry. We’re already working on our next pairing dinner, and this time we’re bringing wh***ey to the table. 🥃 Expect an evening of incredible BBQ, thoughtfully paired wh***eys, and another unforgettable experience.

Seats will be limited, so keep an eye on our page. We’ll announce the details soon, and you’ll want to grab your spot before they’re gone.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected mechanical issue with the food truck, we won’t be at the Adams Bank/RE/MAX parking lot today.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding while we get everything back up and running. The good news is we’re expecting to be back on our normal schedule this Thursday, serving up all your Big H BBQ favorites.
