💥 WHO'S READY FOR A HOUSE BL3ND PARTY?

House Bl3nd is back on Riopelle today, 5 to 11pm, and we're part of it again.

Find us with yakitori grilled chicken skewers, charred cabbage, chopped peanuts, pickled fresnos, cucumbers, and rice noodles (a grilled mushroom version too). Full dinner menu's running inside as always.

Sip on Pattalina's Punch, or the Polka Dot Party, a matcha cocktail with strawberry low ABV boba from Boba Pops, making its debut tonight. Add free Boba Pops to any drink while you're at it, 21+.

Music runs all day, capped off by a headlining set from at 10pm, plus roaming sax and visuals up and down the block.

Free entry, all ages.

Steak & Eggs >> seasonal jus, tallow fried potatoes. Upgrade to the dry-aged K.C. strip if the day calls for it.

Bodega Classic >> Marrow beef bacon, sunny egg, cheddar cheese, house made focaccia, side of tallow fried potatoes.

Marrow Buttermilk Pancakes >> with whipped tallow butter

Great Lakes Whitefish Plate >> Bev's pumpernickel bagel, sliced cucumbers, smoked whitefish, green goddess cream cheese, olive, calabrian tapenade.

💥 THIS IS NOT A DRILL.

Brunch is now a Friday thing too, on top of Saturdays and Sundays. Which means the Marrow Brunch Burger is now a Friday thing too.

We teamed up with our friends to build this one. Their ensaymada bun starts with Pan de Sal dough, spread with butter, cheddar cheese folded inside, rolled up, more cheese on top, and finished with a little butter sugar. Sweet, savory, and genuinely unlike anything else holding a burger together in this city.

From there >> our famous bacon and beef blend patties, avocado mash, tomato jam, a fried egg, and a side of tallow fried potatoes.

Bill Oakley is coming to Marrow in the Market!

Yes, that Bill Oakley, the former Simpsons writer touring the country with a dinner series centered on rare regional American foods, the ones you've heard of but probably never tried. He's stopped at standout restaurants across the country: Turkey and the Wolf in New Orleans, Franklin Barbecue in Austin, Full Steam in Durham, and now us. is sponsoring the tour.

At Marrow, Bill's teaming up with Chef Noelle Prater for six courses pulled from that rotating menu, kept secret until you're seated, with Bill leading the conversation between courses.

October 6, 7 to 9pm $150 per person, optional $45 beverage pairing
Optional VIP afterparty: 9 to 9:45pm in the Green Room with Chef Noelle and Bill, bubbles included + $50

Saturday, September 5th, the Butcher Shop is open with the full lunch menu.
The Butcher Bar is open 10 to 3 for drinks, last call at 2:30.
The restaurant is closed.

Sunday, September 6th, the Butcher Shop is open normal hours with the full lunch menu.
The Butcher Bar and restaurant are both closed.
